Meet pandas at a world-renowned research base, sip history at century-old tea houses, and walk through ancient alleys once filled with scholars and merchants.Crossing into Chongqing, explore steep streets, river piers, and illuminated cliffs that reveal a city built upward instead of outward. From traditional craftsmanship to mountain railways that pass through buildings, the itinerary reveals culture that is not curated — it is lived.

Day 1 — Arrival in Chengdu · A City That Slows Time
Touch down in Chengdu and settle into China’s famous “slow-living” capital. Enjoy a welcome dinner at a traditional tea house, where mountain herbs meet Sichuan flavors and the evening feels unhurried.

Day 2 — Mount Emei · Clouds, Rituals & The Golden Summit
Travel to 【Mount Emei】, one of China’s four sacred Buddhist mountains. Ride the cable car to the Golden Summit, surrounded by clouds and ancient pavilions above deep valleys.End the day with an immersive performance, 《Only Emei》, blending theatre and mountain scenery into a moving cultural narrative.

Day 3 — Leshan · Giant Buddha & River History
Cruise beside the monumental 【Leshan Giant Buddha】, the tallest stone Buddha in the world. Visit the Leshan Museum and Riverside Pier, where a scenic walkway frames both water and history.Pause in a literary corner at 【Xiaoqunli Book House】, a vintage-styled café loved for its cinematic charm.

Day 4 — Pandas, Three Kingdoms Stories & Tea Culture
Return to Chengdu to meet China’s beloved giant pandas at the 【Panda Breeding Research Base】, a global hub for conservation. Continue to the 【Wuhou Shrine & Jinli Street】, tracing Three Kingdoms history through temples and old markets.Finish at 【Heming Teahouse in People’s Park】, where locals sip from porcelain gaiwan cups and conversations flow as slowly as tea itself.

Day 5 — Into Chongqing · River Ports & Bridges of Memory

Continue along 【Shancheng Trail】, where temples, terraces, old walls and elevated walkways reveal Chongqing’s layered history between mountains and rivers.


Day 7 — Departure · Goodbye to the Mountain Rivers
After breakfast, transfer to the airport. Carry with you not just flavors of hotpot and tea, but memories of gentle hills, neon cliffs, and rivers that shape life differently.
